ahh pound won more football games than wise did, so wise might need to hit there nice weight room a little harder
I was just wondering what other lpd teams weight rooms were like? I got a chance to see Pound's weight room the other day and let me tell you it's an absolute JOKE!!! The bathroom at wal-mart is bigger. It's no wonder they have kids that are huge size wise but can move no one. The football lockeroom/shower is the nastiest place I believe I have ever seen. There's no way kids should have to dress in a place like that. Someone needs to introduce Coach Mullins to a broom and a mop!!!!!!!!!1

I love Kelly's weight room.... personally
Most people who lift at Pound lift at other locations.. like Hard Rock or Camp Bethel or such.. IMO Pound's just doesn't have everything ya need...
Since some schools have officials dress in their weight rooms, I must say Pounds is pretty small. Coeburn, and Kelly are two others that I have seen, and are in pretty good shape both equipment wise, and spacious.

I have never seen Coeburns.. but I have seen Pound's, Kelly's and PV's and PV's and Kelly are both top notch..
When Saunders first took over he got rid of alot of the junk we did not need, and brought in alot of good quality equipment. Coach Salyers has continued that tradition in advancing the weightroom whenever sufficent funds are available.

I have heard that Coach Saunders paid for alot of that stuff with his own money??
any truth to this.
Coeburns is pretty nice, have plenty of room and the fieldhouse as a whole is pretty good sized
the visitors dont have too bad a locker room either when they come to coeburn

I will agree with that knight. I remember my sophomore year we dress on the end near the scoreboard and it was pretty nice, then my senior on the side of the visitors stands, and it was nice also. Coeburn does have overall a good dressing/lifting facility.

People can criticize weight rooms all they want, but if I may be allowed a cliche.
It's what is inside that counts.
